In my opinion, the best time to visit Mexico is between December to April, as that time offers drier conditions, ideal for exploring various regions and cities. The temperatures are cooler than during summer, but still remain warm enough to enjoy your travels.
The best time to visit the United States varies greatly by state and region. For example, Alaska is best visited in summer, while the Caribbean is a better getaway during winter months. Generally, the summer months (June-September) offer warm weather for enjoying outdoor activities; however, certain states experience intense summer heat, which may not be what you want.
May to September in Canada generally offers the warmest weather, accompanied by lush and vibrant landscapes, while December to March is considered the best time for winter-based holidays.
Be mindful of public holidays such as the 4th of July in the United States or the Day of the Dead in Mexico. During those busy times, certain attractions or places of interest might be closed, and the holidays might attract a larger number of tourists, leading to things being booked up weeks in advance.
