Mexico
Located in Southern North America, Mexico is the third-largest country in Latin America. It shares its northern border with The United States, and Guatemala and Belize to the south.
It is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean to the West, the Gulf of Mexico to the East, and the Caribbean Sea to the Southeast.

Mexico is the birthplace of chocolate. It was first cultivated by the Aztecs and Mayans, who used cocoa beans as currency. Mexico is also the origin place of chilli (duh), but also popcorn!

As with any destination, the best time to visit Mexico depends on the type of holiday you’re planning and which activities you’re looking to do.
Generally, the best time to visit Mexico is during the dry season, which runs from November/December to April. This time offers the best weather – dry, sunny days with low humidity, offering pleasantly warm temperatures.
Winter seasons tend to be better for beach-oriented vacations, while those looking to explore cities, such as Mexico City, or go surfing, might prefer to go during other times of the year, during the summer months.
If you’re looking for cheaper deals and/or fewer crowds, late April to May and September to November might be the right option for you. Known as shoulder seasons, they might, however, carry a higher chance of rain. Do be mindful, though, June to November marks a hurricane season, with higher risks of hurricanes in late summer and fall.
Some of the top cultural Mexican celebrations you might want to experience include the vibrant Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), celebrated on 01-02 November, honouring the deceased, with the biggest celebrations happening in Mexico City and Oaxaca. Carnivals, taking place in February/March right before Lent, are also an opportunity to experience parties, parades and concerts, particularly around coastal cities, such as Mazatlán, or Cozumel.

There are so many spectacular places to visit in Mexico, it is hard to choose just a few, but some of the most popular travel destinations include:
