Seattle
Located in the state of Washington, this city is a flourishing and diverse center in the Pacific Northwest. Referred to as the Emerald City, it boasts plentiful urban and national parks and holds the distinction of being the birthplace of Starbucks, which first opened its doors in 1971 at the historic site of Pike Place Market.

It’s a place where you can find the iconic Space Needle, erected in 1962 for the Seattle World’s Fair. Rising proudly to a height of 184 meters, it welcomes visitors with open arms every day of the year.
While you’re in the area, make sure to pay a visit to the iconic Fremont Troll beneath the Aurora Bridge and say hello! It’s an absolute must-see!

Pike Place Market opened in 1907 in response to overpriced onions. It provided space for farmers to sell their products directly to Seattle’s citizens, avoiding the middlemen who were racking up the prices.
The Space Needle design was first sketched by Edward E. Carlson on a napkin.
Seattle is considered the birthplace of ‘Grunge’, music genre, which emerged in the 1990s. Seattle’s grunge big four includes Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains.
