Another day, another audiobook designed to lead my life out of the chaos and into the land of productivity and greatness.
Another day, another audiobook leading me into a completely different direction.
I didn’t know who Sean Whalen is before picking up this book. Having now listened it it, I still don’t know who Seal Whelan is. Or what he does. Or why I’d believe he has the answers to my questions.
This book is full of everything and nothing, all at the same time. It says so much without telling you a single thing, making me feel as if I missed an introductory, pre-requisite class for 200$.
This self-help book is meant to help its reader find work/life balance, utilise hours in a day, stop making excuses, and perhaps even go as far as helping you achieve the life you desire.
It did none of that for me.
What it did instead, was it yelled ‘Core Four’ at me, over and over again, as if I knew what that was, or what it meant, as if it was in fact the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything (not ’42’ as Douglas Adams would have us believe).
This is not a good book, it does not guide. It barely explains any of its basic concepts and uses obscene language, which is no value added. Horribly simple and not practical.
